Barris Supply Company — Attraction in West Middlesex

I’m not one to put a place on blast but I couldn’t help myself with this one. I recently had my bad boy serviced as it kept stalling after running for about 30-45 minutes. I took it to the certified bad boy dealer figuring they have seen this before. They had the unit in their shop not once,not twice, but 3 times! Problem was gas tanks had debris should be good to go…..nope, then it was oh you needed a new fuel pump should be good to Go…nope, the. It was you know what man you need a new car that will be another $400, because the “jets” just got overrun and are old. All of which was BS that they were feeding me because they truly couldn’t figure it out and basically had given up, which quite frankly I was happpy they did. They said they ran through all scenarios fuel lines etc…again all crap. I then took this unit to my buddy who had some experience fixing. Guess what a fuel line interior lining was deteriorated and stopping the flow of gas from taken to the unit. It was a simple 34.99 line fix. These guys took pure advantage of me and were shooting in the dark trying to chase a problem they never really knew a solution to. They have lost my trust and I will never do business with these guys again. Watch yourself and question all things they are...

About a month ago the wife and I decided to get serious about replacing our 18 year old cadet riding mower. We have gotten parts from them before. So we decided to shop for one. The 1st dealer we talked to didn't have many cub cadets with steering wheels and didn't even seem interested in selling us one. So I decided to go to Barris , walked in seen a lot of cub cadets with steering wheels. Told Robbie I'd like a deal on one, looked him in the eye. Everyone here are so nice and so helpful. Good selection of in-stock products and what is not in stock they’re willing to order for you and get in ASAP. Their parking lot was under construction, so I parked around the back and went in through their workshop because I wasn’t sure how to get in to the front of the building. No one said a word they were just extremely helpful to get me to the front and my experience. Most other places would’ve acted like I should’ve used the front door and was an idiot for coming in through the back, which is a private place for working on assembling product.
