Suit & Tux Warehouse — Attraction in West Rancho Dominguez

We originally visited the Bellflower store where we met with Jennie. She was truly such a big help to my husband. My husband is a tall man and wears a 50 Reg. We saw great suits and the prices are AMAZING. Jennie recommended that we visit the Gardena warehouse, where we will find more of a selection especially for his size. We decided to drive out there 2 days later which was literally only 14 min from Bellflower. We loved everything about this store. The wonderful Jennie was working here (she’s so pleasant & helpful) and we also worked with the most knowledgeable gentleman named Thelon! He’s very stylish, funny & kind & he knew exactly what to put together for my husband. We ended up buying the dress shirt, tie and Stacy Adam’s dress shoes along with the suit. The alterations needed were minimal and the suit will be ready for pick up in 2-3 days. Super reasonable prices here! All in all we had the BEST experience here and we will definitely come back. The salesmen are wonderful! They know what they are doing and can find you a suit just by looking at you. They made the experience fun! Unfortunately, the owner/manager is not so skilled in customer service. They didn't respond to another customers problem until the customer was irate. And when I went to pay for my suit. I pulled up the email you I registered for earlier that day (4/26/2025) for 10% off. When I read it, it said it expired on 2/28/2025. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, and she told me, well it's expired, so we're only going to give you 10% off of one item. I didn't like the fact that I had to force them to honor there. Email because otherwise it's a scam to send me something that's already expired. They put a sour taste in my mouth with a whole experience. I had someone who was in love with the suit so I couldn't just walk out and say no thank you. If I was buying for myself. The suit selection is great, the service is too. I bought a great wool suit for $240. The problem came with tailoring, Gloria helped by putting pins in the sleeves and pants marking where to take things in. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the tailor would not extend those lines all the way up. As a result I ended up with awkward-looking tapered sleeves, on a formal business suit! When I complained, a very nice gentleman explained that was the new look, I was incredulous but it was late and I just took the suit and left. Did some research looked at pictures on line, no, that is not the new thing. Narrow sleeves are meant to be narrow all the way up, so they make a straight line. I didn't think they'd get it right on a second try, so I didn't go back to try to get them to fix it... Bottom line: Do buy your suit there, don't get it tailored there.
