I just recommended this place to my family little did I know it was going to be the worst service we ever had not only did the waitress take a long time to sit us down but she took care of people that came in after us I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that my daughter was wearing an American flag hat not that I have to explain this but the only reason she was wearing that hat was because her hair was all messed up so I grabbed the first hat I found it which was from Fourth of July but I believe that she was upset because of that the people that came in after us Got Served and finished their food before we even got our drinks and when they finally brought the food she didn't bring mine I got to see everyone on my table finish eating and then she brought my food the shrimp was Raw and by the time she brought my food everyone was ready to go so I asked her for a to-go plate and the bill she came back with the to go plate but didn't bring the bill so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes this is the worst service ever I felt completely discriminated which is weird because I am Mexican myself this is completely unprofessional I sometimes order trays of food for my company at FedEx and refer people to this restaurant spending thousands of dollars a year it makes me very sad to say I will never go back I could never eat there again I am afraid the waitress will spit in my food I hope the owner address is this before he loses more customers I usually tip the waitresses even if I think it was bad service but this time they crossed the line my sister-in-law felt so bad for me that she paid mine and my...
Read moreWent out to enjoy some food and drinks with my co-workers. I read reviews prior to going that commented about service, food quality and prices, and loud music and not anything positive. But we decided to go and see for ourselves.
Service wasn’t bad for us. It wasn’t amazing but nothing to complain about either. They helped us when we needed something.
The music was live and would have been fun but I couldn’t hear my friends and I couldn’t hear the server. We literally had to text each other if we wanted to communicate. It is so incredibly loud. It would have made the experience so much better if they could simply turn down the speaker volume slightly.
The food and drinks were expensive. We planned to go and get shots and let loose but we didn’t even get a buzz due to the drink prices and only ordered one drink each.
We got the langostinos especiales-the sauce was soooo tasty but the langostinos hardly had any meat. Definitely not worth $42. We also had the pescado zarandeado. I have had it before and it was good but here it tasted so fishy and off and we didn’t finish it ($35). We also ordered $28 aguachiles and they were good. There were some other dishes too but these were the priciest.
I’m glad we went so we know now, but all in all I wouldn’t...
Read moreThis was the WORST food experience I have ever had and that’s saying ALOT. The Shrimp cocktail tasted like shrimp water. It had to be bombarded with ketchup and tapatio for it to be slightly palatable. Even then, I could only eat the shrimps. Shrimp tacos were a fail as well. The tortilla was cold and barely clapped on the grill, tasted microwaved. Lastly, bean and cheese burrito was HORRIBLE. It was more like a horrid glob of cheese with some beans sprinkled in it. The fries were okay but to be honest it was the beat thing we ordered. Horchatas were watered down and half full of ice. Never going to return. This place is such a disappointment, there is a looooong line of patrons waiting to be seated and it takes forever to get anyone to come by your table. The waitresses will stare you down but not come to your table unless you chase them down or scream across the dining area. Never. Sorry. I respect the restaurant business and want to bring in business for them but I would rather cook at home if that’s how the food is going to turn out. I was born in Mexico so you’re not going to tell me how good...
