Apartment was originally listed for $1575 but jumped to $1775 the week I went to tour it. When I arrived they couldn't show me the specific apartment that was available, and showed me an even more expensive apartment. The price gauge is happening all over the area right before the "summer" starts. Though every complex will try to spin it as "supply and demand". Why would anyone want to pay $1700+ for an apartment that you know was originally listed much lower. The apartment itself was fine, but not worth the price. There was caulking coming completely off the tub, and nicks/dents/chipped paint on all the kitchen cabinets. The agent didn't even show me the apartment. They just wrote down the apartment number and keypad code and sent me off to go look at it myself. One of the apartments they advised me to look at couldn't even be seen because the keypad battery had died. Property itself was very beautiful, but I'm not about to pay $1700+ for an apartment on the third floor, with no elevator, and view is a parking lot.

I moved into ReNew in August 2023, but quickly found there was a terrible mold problem in my unit. It covered the entire wall behind the water heater, but without a flashlight you wouldn't see it in the dark closet. I only noticed it when mold started leaking out of the air vents! I had the mold tested by a certified mold inspector, and it came back black mold. This mold infiltrated the entire shared HVAC system and was an absolute nightmare. Management did a terrible job communicating with me about this situation, and in the 3rd picture above you'll see what the air vent looked like AFTER "remediation". They claimed that the mold was gone but it was NOT. This affected my health, and I decided to move out within less than 1 month of moving in for my safety. And the move out process was another hardship ReNew made very difficult. I had a horrible experience at ReNew Glenmoore and I'm sharing this in case it helps someone else not go through what I went through.

We love it here! Peaceful, so much nature, apts has more sq footage than others and the rent is reasonable. Property is well maintained. If you’re looking for active community events and outlets this is not the place, which is why the rent is very competitive compared to other apt communities. We have a gorgeous pool, decent workout room, fire pit, gas & charcoal grills, dog park, car wash! I wish they’d add a small playground for the younger kids. It’s a diverse community which we love! It’s a friendly community. If you’re a bird lover this is the place! Property has beautiful diverse mature landscaping, adjacent quiet roads, great for a walking past historical horse farms and nature preserves. If Rte 100 had a sidewalk, Wawa and a great flower & homemade Amish goods stand Grandma Zooks would be within walking distance!

This place... What can be said about this place. Well, nothing good really. Lived there for 2 1/2 years and management made my life hell. In that time I did make lifelong friends; but I also had to get a police no contact order against my neighbor. I was threatened with eviction and called just about every day about noise complaints when all we had was a dog who slept all day. This didn't stop, so I felt I had to install a camera and threaten management with harassment charges to get them to stop. After threatening harassment charges, they stopped calling about their noise complaints, but they didn't (And wont) stop entering your apartment even if you expressly tell them not to. They'll chalk it up to maintenance and "inspections" but just know if you live here your privacy will not be honored; they will enter without your permission. You get surprise bills like a monthly water and sewage that they don't tell you about until you're signing the papers, it'll total about $120 a month with routine water usage. You can and will hear everything your neighbors do, the walls are really that thin. For the amount this place charges and the amount you get out of it, I highly recommend saving your money for another year and buying a house. This place is not worth the headache you'll get from it. Management is incompetent (can't handle a resident who harasses other residents), rude (asked me if I was trying to pick up keys for a frat house the day I was moving in), unprofessional (They'll hang up the phone on you if you call them about a problem and begin to argue with them because they're wrong), and to top it all off they're a bunch of liars (if they want something done and you wont do it they'll say they have had multiple complaints and if you don't comply they'll smack a notice on your door threatening eviction). People, don't move here... or do, it's really not my problem anymore.. I should have read the bad reviews and listened because they will...

From Bad to Worse....I posted a 2 star review a few months back and was hopeful that my experience would get better with Berger Communities purchasing the complex. This place was called Renew prior. Overall, our experience sucked. The only good things here were maintenance and the leasing consultant who started with us (April). She was very helpful and tried her best and Maintenance always responded quickly when needed and were professional. Amenities were ok. We used the fitness center a few times. We didn’t use the pool (just grossed me out to be honest, and we had some drunk pool strangers/visitors try to open our door.) The outdoor spaces are well maintained but a lot of people smoke (all things) and do not pick up after their dogs or themselves so it can get a little smelly and gross. We felt a lot of time management did not care about our safety or experience as renters. The only time I felt an actual effort from management was when we put our notice in to not continue our lease. To be honest several times I reached out I didn't get a response at all.

My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a den and although we loved the apartment/space the general complex and management experience made us leave. I didn't feel comfortable being here without my husband. We could also hear everything from the apartment above us. The buildings are not insulated at all. Pipes froze in the winter. We had numerous “inspections” or random vendor needs with very little notice or respect for our time. I would not recommend living here, but If you do rent here, be careful and...

Lived here over 6 years, the past 24 months have been a whirlwind of change in staff and property management. Pretty messy. The pool even got shut down from the health department. Unacceptable. We pay for amenities which even includes a nice car wash area, but that currently has one of their moving PODS parked in it for months. It’s spring now. People will expect to use what they’re told they have access to. The most recent office staff is extremely cold and corporate, where as before it was very family friendly and warm/welcoming. You’d want to send stuff to the office for them, and stop to say hello. It’s far from that at this point. We had a maintenance issue, our washer stopped spinning, pretty easy fix. Things happen, it’s understandable and fine. But the whole week went by and as a busy working family with kids - the dirty laundry that piled up was absolutely horrible. It took multiple calls, maintenance requests and a physical walk to the office to get someone up to fix it. And it wasn’t the maintenance man’s fault. Lack of communication with the current team, with poor community communication. The last few office staffers would call and confirm that it was received. Always someone would be up within a day or same day. We most likely will not stay here much longer and many others are also planning to leave and it’s kind of depressing. It is quite a far cry from what this community once was. If you can pay to rent here, you can afford the extra $100 down the road with better staff and better community/family feel. With how much rent is everywhere, that is...
