Wawa — Restaurant in West Vincent Township

Ordered 16 oz ice coffee without ice so I could have it for tomorrow. I got this! First off it was hot coffee. Hot to touch. When I looked at the cup the kind lady making drink looked at cup same way I did and called manager over who confirmed this is how we make it and ice fills up the rest of the cup. Photo attached is generous in showing 10 ounces on cup after hot coffee melted over down on ride home. Just understand this is how it’s made behind scenes and this is what you’re paying for. Have ordered iced coffee with and without ice in plenty of places and am shocked wawa (of all places) is so frugal with coffee of all things. It’s pennies to make and ice coffee isn’t served hot. To no surprise they offered gift card for amount of coffee. How about just make it properly and don’t corners. 8 oz coffee melts 9 oz ice. Nice...

I've never over heard a more unprofessional rude associate ever!!! I was so uncomfortable of the reaction of the associate gave when a customer asked if they could have cream cheese!!!! I mean the customer was polite and asked when the associate had time could she. The associate was so rude and started complaining to the other staff how customers are bothering her!!!!. I was afraid to ask for an adjustment to my sandwich after that!! I didn't want the confrontation!! I will "NOT" be ordering when I see Jody or whatever her name tag...

Wawas are convenient to get fast food & gas. They are very nice in that regard, but why don't you put purchases in bags for your customers? I just went to the Pottstown Pike Wawa near Lionville PA & had to juggle 5 items & try not to drop any as I was leaving the store. This mega million $ company continues to open super Wawas all over, but you are cutting expenses by not using bags?? Please do your customers a favor and put their purchases in something they can...
