This theater holds a special place in my heart. Yeah, the decor is a little outdated. Sure, the seats are original and need upgrading. The concessions could use restocking, but the popcorn was great and the candy, was candy. Haha! I remember coming here in 2001/2002 with my friends every Friday. I saw a lot of movies here. I just came back with those same friends more than 20 years later and couldn’t help but thoroughly enjoy the experience. Nostalgia is powerful. Is it an XD/IMAX 4K experience? No. But, it’s a locally run theater that’s showing new and rereleased movies on screens that look good, and speakers that sound good. (We were in Theater 4.) It needs some work aesthetically but the bones are there. Invest a little in this place, support the staff. It’s got great potential.

They should have kept this place closed. It is honestly the most disgusting experience in that theatre. I have been coming here on and off since I was a kid and it has progressively gotten worse. Health department nightmare. There are clearly bugs and rodents in this place. We left our overpriced movie early. You would think this place would be clean because clearly almost no one goes here, however, the floors were covered in popcorn and sticky. When I went to the nasty bathrooms there were like 10 employees at least all behind the counter just staring at me.. like get a mop bro. Not wasting time or money here anymore and I don’t suggest you do either.

The theater is really nice the floors maybe a little sticky and some ceiling tiles worse for wear. But I can say nothing can beat the cheap ticket prices and the ability to have good snacks. I know when the warmer weather will hit us that place will go through a massive transformation and be absolutely amazing!! I look forward to the renovations and the new theater chairs they'll put in as for the people that have bought the theater plus the Madison cinemas I wish you all the best of luck and you can continue to have my support as my favorite local cinemas!!

Grandmother and her 8yo grandson next to me at concessions counter ordered two bottles of Dasani water - Manager asked for $9.50. She said thank you and walked away. I had to confirm if he actually said $9.50 for two bottles of purified Dasani water that you can get at Walmart for ten cents a bottle as I thought I might have misunderstood him and he said yes - and had the audacity to further try to justify the price by claiming that the theater had to make a profit. FYI - that's not a normal profit that's gouging. Notwithstanding that repugnant experience - kids ordered $8.50 bags of popcorn that were stale. At least $60 for one adult and two kids to go to movies and order popcorn and slushee and that was for a 1pm matinee. They can keep it - I would rather stay home and rent the same movie on TV than go through that again. And the industry wonders why box office...

First-time visitor on a Saturday night show. Very easy to get to. We arrived expecting to see a show and have some food choices for a quick meal because it was advertised as "LUXURY Concessions now here: Beer, Wine, hot foods & more!" However, the only hot foods they had were nachos. I will say, though, when the woman at the ticket counter saw our disappointment, she immediately offered us an alternative of going to Westbrook Pizza and gave clear driving directions. She said they sold pizza by the slice. We went there and the pizza was delicious! We got back in plenty of time to see the movie. The theater was clean, and the young women at the counter were very cheerful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I took one star off because of the misleading advertisement on their website...
