Five Guys — Restaurant in Old Saybrook

I am Hispanic I been to this place 3 times the first time I went , one of the crew workers that work there gave me a face and a attitude i asked no salt on fries and she put salt on fries I reminded her that the fries was suppose to no salt she answered me with “ you will have to wait” (bit with and attitude) I thought it was a misunderstanding of me but the second time I was there it happen again and the third time the same employee took my order was giving me an attitude again, she was very polite to other customers but when It was my turn she stared at me weird started giving me an attitude, she kept asking me if I was done with my order, ( I got mad this time because it was not the first time that happened and I notice that it was not my misunderstanding) I can’t believe that there is people out there still being racist. Have visited many times however the past two times we were here we walked out before even ordering. The first time we watched the the cashier who at the time was in a cast make milkshakes and touched the cup and rim with a very dirty cast. No glove on that hand. This most recent time it looks like this same person is now a cook and is covered in grease and dirt. Also had hand/oil print on his mask. Mask only covering mouth. We ordered & the girl said shed bring it out to our table. We sat outside & waited 15 mins for 2 hot dogs & fries, nothing came. It got cold so we went inside & sat & waited another 10 mins, til i finally went to counter to find our meal waiting, cold from sitting there & no one said anything to us! The food was good as usual just cold! If she hadnt said she was gonna bring it, we wouldnt have waited so long! Kinda disappointed!
