We brought the rat pack here to burn off some calories turkey dinner and steam after a nice Thanksgiving day. This place is nice and new and part of a greater chain so you kind of know what you’re getting if you’ve ever been to Rockin jump before. But after you’re in you will notice this one’s good have the size of the ones I’ve been to in the past which doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad thing. And I would definitely recommend you ever been to one of these places you bring in the old socks that they give you because these guys will charge you for a new set. All in all I’d give it a double thumbs up if you’re in the local area it is a good attraction to get the kids to burn off some steam.

If I was only rating the facility I would be giving 4 stars. I'm rating 2 due to the customer service. I took my 3 year old there today for the first time and it was a great place for her to burn off some energy. It wasn't too crowded even with kids being out of school today. We had never been there or any place similar, so I was unfamiliar with the policies. I purchased 30 minutes of jump time, but was not advised that this 30 minutes was not only for jumping. After we paid and walked by the cafe, my daughter said she wanted a snack first. She ate a snack, got her socks on, and began jumping. After 20 minutes she was told she couldn't jump anymore. When I asked why I was told her wristband expired. I explained how I looked at the time she began jumping and she still had 10 minutes, but she was told no. I walk up to the desk and explain to the manager that we were entitled to 10 more minutes but found out that the time she was eating her snack was included in the 30 minutes. It would have been great had the manager apologized for the lack of explanation and said "sure, jump 10 more minutes." However, the manager (Jill I think) spoke to me as if I was an idiot and insisted that "people just know" and generally people don't get snacks first. Ultimately, she did the right thing and extended the time my daughter could jump, but I'm most upset by the way she and the employee on the trampoline spoke to me. Completely unfriendly. If the owner is accepting of feedback from customers I would suggest explaining the policies up front and indicating that if any jumper needs to get a snack, drink, etc. to not purchase jump time until they are ready to actually jump. That would have prevented the whole issue. Additionally, all employees, especially management should be a bit friendlier. If I go back it will be because of the facility itself and its convenient location. Now that I understand the policies hopefully I won't need to interact with the staff. Lastly, reading through some of the reviews, I see a few others have complained about the customer service as well and many of the company's responses are defensive and lack accountability for the consumer's experience. Ownership may want to consider more service...

The kids had fun jumping, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a birthday party. When we arrived the first thing we were told was 'we can't find your party host,' which was concerning. There was no private dodgeball game, no guidance or structure to any of the different jump activities, and no home base area for kids to put their things, keep drinks, or for adults to gather and sit. You dont get the party room until after the jump time, which caused three major issues: 1. They had us leave all of our belongings in a bin at the front of the building, where we couldn't keep an eye on them and also supervise the kids (since we didn't have a party host, our supervision was necessary), and one of our guests had his expensive shoes stolen. 2. They don't bring the food and beverages until you are in the party room, so there was nothing for the kids to drink while they were working up a sweat jumping, so even though we had paid for beverages in the party package, many of the parents of the kids we invited had to purchase their kids drinks, which they probably weren't expecting to do. 3. When we arrived, they took our cupcakes and goodie bags and said someone would bring them into the party room when it was ready. Nobody brought them to us, I had to leave while my kid was opening presents to go ask for them. They gave me the cupcakes and said someone would bring the goodie bags - nobody brought them, and our guests had to leave before we could give them out, so that was money wasted on our part. The only attention we received from staff while we were there was a girl who brought us the pizza and beverages and cleaned up the trash. On top of ALL THAT, they had the audacity to still charge my card for $60 more dollars because two extra kids showed up. The place is clearly run by a bunch of teenagers, and I can't even blame them for the lack of leadership and structure. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because, like I said, the kids had fun, but I would never have a...

I was here almost 2 years ago for a party and it was a great experience. That said, I booked a party for my 8 year olds birthday today and had the exact opposite experience.

First, their prices have gone way up, and for what they offer, $300 for a basic party is quite extensive. Looking at their competitors, they offer the least for the most amount of money.

Next, when I called about booking the party, the person on the phone told me that they were offering a upgrade for $40 that is normally $99. I asked how I could take advantage of it, and the person on the phone told me to just call in after I have it booked and they’ll get it added. Well, that wasn’t quite the case because when I called in the person told me, they couldn’t do anything, and then, when I talked to the manager today, she said there was nothing she could do either and I was basically SOL.

As I was getting all of the credit card stuff in place today with the manager, I saw something on the board that said that if you booked a party in March, the birthday person got a free 90 day pass. I asked what I had to do to get that for my son. I was told that I booked before March, so that did not apply to my child. I asked a couple more questions, and eventually just told the manager that my experience was much less than favorable.

Our hostess was a young girl, and was in the room, maybe seven minutes out of the full one hour and 45 minutes. Again, not something I had ever experienced in these types of parties.

Needless to say, I will not be back. I ended up spending over $450 for 18 jumpers for 60 minutes and I guess the use of a room for 45 minutes. I’m hoping my review will save other parents heartache from booking...
