Let's start with the first thing first- the Price. I was referred to FOUR different jewelers through close friends. Each one of my friends was very satisfied with their referred jeweler. And, to be fair, their prices were actually pretty good. But I finally reached out to Emily at Ngoc Bich, and she BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER (not to mention online retailers I tried like Blue Nile). If price point and value is your first concern, Ngoc Bich should be your first stop. I also checked out countless online retailers, haggled at the DTLA jewelry district, and found more jewelers on ig- Ngoc Bich beat them all by a Large margin. But it gets better! Emily found a "rock" bottom price by finding a diamond that had the slightest imperfection toward the outer edge of the stone (where the prongs would cover it). This technically lowered the stat of the stone, but for all intents and purposes I received a flawless diamond at a much lower price point. This was only possibly because Emily listened hard and integrated my values (quality, size, and price).

The ring I had seen and felt so many rings by that point that they all started to look similar. Truthfully, I gave up on being "wowed" by a ring anymore. But Emily's intuition and eye for detail turned the whole experience upside down. After sending her a few photos and ideas, Emily showed me an entire tray of Fantastic rings. There were about 20 rings to look at. 4 of those rings were the nicest rings I had seen or tried out before. Emily carefully guided me through the subtle nuances of each ring to finally select the one.

I actually felt giddy lol. I never thought I was going to feel This great buying a ring! I truly feel that i was guided to Emily. The whole process had me ready to put down more money for a ring that I felt okay/good about. But after meeting with Emily, I am now Stoked to give my gf a ring I'm really proud of at a price I feel great about.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! This place rips you off. DO NOT buy gold here and think you can resell them for a fair price. When I bought their gold, the old lady owner assured me that when I sold it back to them, they would take $20 an ounce less than the market price. This is also true and is similar to the sales method with other Jewelry stores in this mall. So I trusted her and I bought a lot to invest. Today, the market value price is $2,260/ounce and that's the price she's currently selling. which means she should buy with my gold for $2,240 per ounce ($20 less than market value as it supposed to be). But NO...she said the best she could do was $2,230. That's $30 less than the market value. She keep saying people dont buys gold nowsaday because it's too high bla bla and that im lucky that she's taking in at $30 less an ounce. So I showed her the receipts when I bought the gold from her hoping she would keep her word. After reviewing the receipt, she decided to buy in $25 less instead. And check out this additional scam. When they brought me the money, she asked a guy to bring it to me. I should have known, this guy was very sly...he makes me pay attention to the cash counting machine while he wrapped up my money. He jibbed me $100 from 1 of the money staps. When I went to the bank to deposit, the banker counted twice, it was missing $100. This time I called the owner and complained, she said it wasn't her fault bla bla bla. What a sick game they play. LESSONS LEARNED. NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve HAPPILY purchased several PIECES OF JEWELRY over these past 8 years from Ngoc Bich Jewelers. An 18k bangle bracelet & two sets of 18k gold, “7 day wish bracelets” both have been worn daily for the past 8 years for they CAN NOT be removed from my wrist. These have held up beautifully and have kept their shape as I wore them helping with construction on my through my home’s renovation. To those google reviews who are complaining about them being rude or disrespectful?
