Amazing staff and owners. Customers can speak Spanish with employees if they are fluent in Spanish. This is a family operated Cheese Factory that has a retail store. The owners purchase the bulk milk from local family farmers. The selection of cheese offered in the retail store is excellent. They also have an excellent selection of Beer and liquors. This store has excellent homemade pizza and also serves as the only local grocery store. They support the community by purchasing milk and keeping local small family farms in business. They also employ many local people to work in the store, cheese factory , truck repair, and hauling business. They also own a packaging plant, retail store and truck repair business in Rodgersville, Wisconsin. Which employs many local people. Thank you for keeping a once thriving community from going completely dark and economical y depressed. Hopefully in the future you will be able to offer a milk market to begining young farmers who want so badly to farm in a community and not get so big and bloated that they monopolize the land base in...

The cheese arrived warm. It had been packed with some gel packs, but the gel packs were not even contacting the cheese. The paper confetti that it was all packed in was between the cheese and the cold packs, which were also warm. The cheese was labeled Colby, but was nothing more than Cheddar. This was a bad experience, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.*Edit. After eating a small piece of the cheese, I was sick to my stomach for hours. When I posted a review of the cheese, the company, their employees, and their friends all engaged in harassing me on social media in an attempt to get me to remove the honest review of my experience. I love this place! They have packed a whole lot of merchandise in this small store. Just about anything you can find in a Pick & Save or Piggly Wiggly. I was amazed. They specialize in product they make at Star Dairy.Various Cheeses , Take and bake Pizza, Various Sausages and meats, milk and butter. Their ice cream is the real deal and at $3.50 you get a nice size cone. That feels like it weighs a pound. Highly recommend this little gem of a store. The only challenge I have is one of the staff members could be a little more friendly. I give it 5 Stars....
