While searching for a local bike repair shop for my sons bike, several friends highly recommended Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles after some inquiry on our community Facebook group. It was the best experience! Bill was extremely knowledgeable and was able to repair his bike in a timely manner and also performed a full tune-up while it was there. The prices were very reasonable and they also provided contactless drop off and pick up. WRC is now my "GO TO" for anything bicyle...

In my conversations with Bill during the repair I also learned that he also rents motorized electric bicycles... The concept completely blew my mind, fast forward two days and there I was with my entire family on a beautiful Sunday morning preparing to ride the Schuylkill River Trail to Philadelphia. Not only did WRC have a wide variety of motorized bikes to choose from, Bill made sure that we were all comfortable and capable of operating the bikes we chose. Safety and customer experience is his top concern. Bill even took the time to safely escort our family to the bike trail so we did not have to navigate the busy streets. Bill did an excellent job replacing the tires on my girlfriend's bike. He and his wife were very helpful in finding the white wall tires I requested. He even gave the old bike a tune-up for good measure. I was so pleased with the work he did. I had him tune-up a new bicycle of mine that I had recently put together. He let me sit in on the job and taught me a lot about various adjustments and how things functioned. Y’all.... this is the BEST COMPANY I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. After a frantic bike mix-up at a local shop, I was left with one final bike that was lost in the covid-shuffle and unable to be serviced. I contacted WRC and not only were they incredibly responsive and professional, but they ABSOLUTELY went ABOVE and BEYOND to squeeze in a tune up that turned into a repair in RECORD time.
