Grubbs Cadillac of Wichita Falls — Attraction in Wichita Falls

Arrived to this place with a leak in Air Ride system. Simple plastic connector cracked. They found that oil pump needs to be replaced. I agreed to fix both. After about 1hr driving they called me asking if I found a power tool that the mechanic potentially left in my car, under the hood... Luckily he did not.

After about 100 miles driving, the Air Ride leak came back. I looked under the car and found that the connector was installed incorrectly. I fixed the issue on my own.

After ~400 miles, I found a coolant leak from the engine water pump which must be removed to replace the oil pump...

I took my car to a mechanic due to a leaking coolant.The mechanic found a new seal/gasket from the water pump that was not installed.

Total they charged $2154 for the oil pump replacement, broke the water pump seals, another visit to a mechanic and a ton of extra stress.

Communication in this dealer is sub abysmal I would highly not recommend Taking your vehicle here for service. The manager is completely useless and could not give me a straight answer. The service department booked me in for a set day that they will not be open and nobody could give me a straight answer of why.

Edit: after being reached out by the regional manager i was taken care of in a fair manner. Unfortunately they were not able to solve my issue but the they charged accordingly, and I am grateful for such. They are now aware that there is a discrepancy with the online booking system, so hopefully no one else goes through...

I recently purchased a vehicle from Grubbs and, while the salesman was great to work with, my experience with the finance department has been nothing short of frustrating.
