Falls Truck Center — Local services in Wichita Falls

We lost a tire just a few miles before Randlett exit. The tire had wrapped around the axel making it difficult to be removed. We called Falls Truck Center for help. The man on the phone was so helpful and got Charles Knox out to give us a hand. When I say that this technician was professional, kind, and a blessing I am not down playing this man's role in our day. We had been having such a rough day and he turned an unfortunate event into something where I can honestly say that the kindness of others still happens. Charles said he has been blessed and was paying it forward. I must say he was definitely a blessing to us. I hope that one day we can repay his kindness, to someone else in need, as he did so graciously on our account. Thank you Charles. You will probably never truly understand what you did for us but thank you. I give you my promise that we will pay it...

This review is for their mobile service that they provide as well as the repair shop that they have. A tech I believe his name was Casey came to my location when my semi truck was having a problem with an air leak and with in minutes he was not only able to find out what was wrong by was able to take care of it to where I could get back on the road fast and charged a fair price. Great job will definitely recommend them for not only road service but their shop as well because when I had called the shop originally to see if there was some way I could limp my truck and trailer over to them the tried to give me some advice over the phone and mentioned they had a mobile service that could come to my location quick and casey was, and was also friendly and professional Again Great job...

If we had a Peterbilt, the place would have been awesome. Other than chrome, there was not much in the way of Freightliner items (we were looking for quarter fender flaps that say Freightliner on them). Tshirts were not a great selection either. 2 stars because the man working told us where we could find what we were looking for.
