I wish I could give this place negative stars. I've purchased vehicles from multiple places in Wichita Falls, including this facility when it was under Foundation, and have never had such a terrible experience. After test driving a pre-owned vehicle, I decided I wanted to purchase it. We started on the paperwork and agreed I would come back the next morning so my husband could sign off on the paperwork. This should have only taken a few minutes. I was there for over 2 hours. The same day I drove the vehicle off the lot the battery died in my driveway. I contacted the sales person and after several days and phone calls I got my car into service for an unrelated issue. When my car was ready to be picked up I was informed not only did I not have the feature that was supposed to be repaired but that they were aware my battery was bad and were not willing to replace it and did not bother to call me and tell me any of this during the 24 hours they had possession of my car. I was able to drive off their lot but the battery was obviously barely functioning as my vehicle was extremely slow to start. It was then I got a phone call saying the battery was under warranty and they would get it to the Nissan dealership to have it replaced. While I was annoyed that this wasn't taken care of to begin with, I was appreciative to have the issue fixed. That was the first and last time this dealership has been helpful! A few weeks later the trim on my back wheel well came off while I was driving. I took the vehicle to Nissan hoping it would be covered under warranty. It was not covered due to several issues that would have easily been caught by Grubbs had they properly inspected the vehicle. The repairs were quoted at $500 and I was advised by Nissan to check with Grubbs to see if they would be willing to assist with a repair since the car was just purchased a few weeks prior. I reached out to Grubbs and once again got the worst customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. After much discussion they agreed to cut me a check for $200. Fast forward to now- It has been 2 months since the purchase and I still do not have the tags for my vehicle. I have been trying to get this resolved for several weeks and no one seems to be able to tell me what the issue is only giving me a myriad of excuses and reasons as to what the hold up is. Judging by reviews of other Grubbs locations this seems to be a common issue. Several people have stated they have waited months to get the tags for their cars across multiple Grubbs locations. FYI-The dealership is required to submit title and registration paperwork within 30 days. My credit union still has not received the title to the vehicle I purchased and my local tag office verified the vehicle I am paying for is still not registered to me. I am now at risk of my credit union changing my loan from an auto loan to a personal loan which will more than double my interest rate if they do not receive the title in a specific time frame. Grubbs couldn't care less since they already cashed the check from my lender! Be advised if you have any issues at all it will take several weeks of phone calls, emails and visits to the dealership to get a response from anyone and it will probably...

I miss Pattersons!!! Foundation DOES NOT live up to the bar set by Pattersons. Trying to get an appointment is the worst! They tell you to go on their website to book a service appointment. But when you pull up the calendar there's nothing available for months! So I called and spoke with the service desk and was told that those are fillers most of the dates are blocked out to allow for walk-ins?! Why would you have someone go to a website to book an appointment that is obviously needed only to see that half the dates are blocked off to save them for people that just may walk in, that serves no purpose to the person trying to book online! So I asked to talk to the service manager, and was able to get my vehicle in a few days later. I took it back because the brake light was out. They inspected it took it apart and said there was nothing wrong. Last night my brake light was out! So I called back this morning to speak to the Hyundai service manager and was told he cannot service my vehicle until December and told me I can go elsewhere. They are the only Hyundai service in town I would have to drive to Oklahoma. Hmmmm...Texas plates, brake light out, and driving in Oklahoma....not a good combination!!!! Oklahoma State Trooper would pull me over quick, fast and in a hurry, and give me ticket! He also told me I can just take it to a garage because the brake light falls under bumper to bumper 5-year/ 60,000 warranty, so since it's out of warranty I should just go to a garage mechanic and let them handle it. I told him I purchased extended warranty when I bought the car brand new in 2017, to which he responded then take it somewhere else and let them file for reimbursement off of your extended warranty. So much for the old VIP and service after the sale that you used to get under Patterson's. For anyone that drives a vehicle brand that is sold by Foundation you're going to be S.O.L. when it comes time for service because they do not have the staff to handle servicing vehicles. I'm very disappointed and angry that I can't depend on the dealership where I purchased my vehicle regardless if it's changed hands. Now I have find help elsewhere! I've been purchasing vehicles (Hyundai) from the old Pattersons since 1996 and kept going back because I valued their service. Well I guess Foundation does not care about the customer base and customer loyalty that came along with the sell of the Business. When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle, I guess I'll go to Dallas. I will not take my vehicle back to Foundation. I NEVER had an issue with making an appointment or any service when it was Pattersons. Very...

I kept getting an error message saying "Low Coolant" so I took my car in for service (still under warranty). I was almost due for an oil change, so I had them change the oil while it was there. I never got a straight answer on what was causing the low coolant message, just told that they didn't find anything wrong. I could not get ahold of anyone over the phone to ask if my car was ready. It was within the timeframe they gave me, so I went ahead and made the hour drive. Once I got there, it took 15 minutes just to find someone to ask! Once I finally found someone, I was told they weren't sure if it was ready and that they thought it was as the shop about a block away and that they would find out. I decided just go see for myself. It was ready and I made it out of there pretty quickly after finding my car myself. Since getting home, I keep getting a message that says I need an oil change and that my car hasn't been serviced since 2005! It's a 2021 BMW.... I called and they tell me to bring it in and they will fix it. I wasn't even getting an oil change message until AFTER getting my oil changed. I just paid the bill over the phone for $384.36!! For a freakin oil change. I get dealerships are going to charge more, but that seems outrageous even for a BMW service department. And on top of all of that, I know have to basically dedicate an entire afternoon going back to Wichita and getting it...
