Uinta Alpacas & Farm Store - Open By Appointment, Mon. - Sat. — Attraction in Willard

I ordered one of their 12" alpaca toys on the 10th and I still have not received the toy. I called on the 19th and left a message but no one called me back, i called on the 20th and was able to get a hold of someone. The person who answered told me that they would be picking them up that day but here I am on my daughters bday (27th) minus one gift. I would have left more then one star but there was no attempt to keep me updated or any attempt to contact me back. I called today but no answer. I'm hoping it will show up but I'm starting to doubt it. I'll order it from etsy next time. If it does show up I'll bump it to 3 Stars depending on the quality.

edit/reply when we spoke on the phone I was told you were going to be picking them up that day the 20th. Your website didn't state that you were out of stock or low on stock or even that they are hand made per order and take x amount of days to make (it does say you are not taking anymore orders now). I never received an estimated shipping/delivery date. My frustration with the lack of communication is why I mostly gave you a 1 star. I am in the Clearfield area and didn't think it would have taken this long to get here even through usps. You could have called me back or sent me an email today and let me know what was going on and i would have given you more stars. Lack of communication makes customers think they are being scammed. I'm not trying to be rude or mean but I ordered it on the 10th and its the end of the 27th (12 business days) with nothing to go off of that it was even shipped.

We LOVED visiting Uinta Alpacas. Suzie spent so much time with us and taught us all sorts of interesting facts about Alpacas as well as preparing us for our visit with her super friendly animals. She never made us feel rushed and she clearly loves her animals. The alpacas were so adorable and a good number of them were friendly and amenable to petting and some hugs - my daughter who loves them was in heaven. My son also had a great time. It was the highlight of our roadtrip (part we talk about the most) and we went to some amazing places including Yellowstone Park! This alpaca farm was the best! The alpacas are are so adorable and cared for so beautifully! Robert was a gracious host. He showed us around the place. We saw beautiful peacocks, chickens, and ginna hens! We met their really cool gaurdian dog and two sweet dog/cats that loved to be petted and scratched. We had a peaceful night in their quiet and beautiful county neighborhood. We bought some alpaca socks! They are the best socks! In my opinion, once you wear alpaca your feet will never want to wear anything else! If your in the area be sure to stop by, you will not be dissapointed! Sorry I didn't take...
