Fiiz Drinks Willard — Local services in Willard

This store Is very well maintained, inside and out. It’s right in the heart of Willard on Hwy 89, it’s on the East side of the road. You can park in the back and walk in, or you can order off the Drive Thru menu board, and pick up your order up at the Window. I decided to go into the store to verify cleanliness, I was very impressed with how fast they acknowledged me in the store. It made me feel at home, when asked what they could fix for me, I had asked for special request, they were a little confused but I had them look at my profile using my phone number, then they knew exactly what I wanted, and within minutes I was walking back to my car with my special (not really that special) drink in my hand. I definitely would recommend this Fiiz, to anyone that drives by this store daily or just once in a while. See for yourself, stop in today. Aggressive tipping culture is now at your local Fiiz! I'm sure there will be mixed feelings about this but here goes.

Labels all over the window with "ask us how to add a tip on card" and multiple cash bins hanging on the side of the building with meme-y labels. After all that, they lean their WHOLE point of sale kiosk out the window towards the car asking for "just gonna ask you a question, totally optional"... It's not obvious how to skip or put zero, and putting me on the spot for someone I don't want to do, but makes me look awful for not wanting to participate in is very uncool. I'll be happy to update my review here when I see the pressure to tip or be publicly shamed for refusing is reduced.

Sorry, but on the rare occasion that I can treat my family to a couple 4 dollar sodas, I'd like to not be made to feel awful for refusing to tip for a soda, or priced out of the activity...

I’m a huge FiiZ fan, loyal till the day I die, I go often. This is absolutely my favorite FiiZ to go to, and I’ve been to many! The inside is so cute if you’re feeling it, otherwise they’re usually fast in the drive-thru. There are lots of reviews saying they’re slow, and I’ve had that experience once or twice, but most of the time they are so ridiculously fast it’s awesome! (I’ve had my drink ready when I get to the window to pay before.) I love the staff they’re always friendly. While I’ll always be loyal to all of FiiZ, this is definitely my favorite location and make sure to stop in often. Much love to the...
