What a great place! We were in Williamsburg for a Basketball Tournament. After a long hard day, a couple of the players decided to meet here to have a little fun. It started lightning, thundering and raining. This didn't stop the kids (as it normally doesn't) they played for hours basically having the entire park to themselves. They LOVED it. We finally went into the arcade after riding several of the rides multiple times. They all wanted ice cream, since it had been so slow they had closed out the registers, so buying ice cream wasn't an option. They were all bummed. One of the managers came over and asked how everything was going and if the kids wanted to ride anymore rides. We said no they are good but they really wanted some ice cream. He went over and talked to the girl at the counter (who was super sweet) and asked her to give free ice cream to all the kids...The boys went wild! FREE ICE CREAM!! even the parents got some. We went outside to a picnic area and the manager came out and wanted to make sure everything was good and that we didn't want to ride anymore rides. When we said we were done they closed up, so no doubt they were open because of us. So very nice of this establishment to stay open for the kids even though the profit was so little. Thank you for making these boys have a fun day after their games didn't go so well. It was memory building for both the kids and the parents. We all had a great time and hope to visit again. I am sorry I didn't get all the names involved, but I can only assume that all your employees are like the ones I met. Thanks again from the parents of the WARRENTON MUSTANGS!!! *After reading some of the other comments, I wanted to let you know that the pricing was on point! I don't think people realize what it takes to run a business. You need to be able to make a profit somewhere. The fact that you haven't raised pricing in 10 years is AMAZING! Keep doing what you are doing. Also your establishment is VERY CLEAN, which is a big PLUS for me. ...
Read moreVisited while on vacation to Williamsburg and it seems to be pretty standard. Everything you would expect. In addition to Go-Carts they've got an arcade, mini golf, bumper cars, small water bumper boats, and a couple of small amusement rides. I only did actual Go-Carts this trip, but have half my points left and look forward to exploring the rest of the attractions. All attendants were nice, however with only a couple wore face masks. Did not try any food offerings due to dietary restrictions, but drinks were available as well. All around good spot!
Edit: Going to have to change my previous 5 stars to a 2 stars because of employee service. While there are a couple good people on the tracks and at the ticket booth, the issue is with one guy at the very end of our second trip 9/2/21. We had 14 credits and my 11 year old sister and I were headed to bumper cars because it was 12 credits for a driver and 2 credits for a passenger. This would have been fine as we would have perfectly used all 14 credits. However when we arrived at bumper cars there was nobody else on the track. Means that we would have been driving into empty cars. I asked the attendant if we could use the remaining credits as 2 drivers to make the end of the night a little more fun and put some use to the remaining credits.I would not have asked if there were other people waiting or if there was any other person to bump into, but who does bumper cars with no other people? While I understand that the employee was probably following standard park rules, there has to be room for judgement to keep customers happy. While this bad news might have some people running to the ticket booth to get more credits, you'll have just as many be upset with the experience and leave altogether. All while spreading the word about the experience (like me). The people can make or break a business! Open to...
Read moreThe mini golf was rigged. It was near impossible to get a hole in one. In my party of over 15 persistent children not one scored a hole in one over all 18 pars and it soured the night a bit. All throughout the putt putt the decorations were dynamite- Boom! (Explosions!) Is that really a wholesome family environment? Nobody warned us how wet the bumper boats would be, and while they were a delight, the after effects were uncomfortable and a forewarning would have been nicely appreciated. Then at kiddie land, I was just barely bordering on 60 inches and yet the workers held me back from enjoying the rides with the young ones. Also, the go karts would have been a little better if we were allowed to swerve, race, bump, etc. it's a healthy competitive environment with a safe thrill for the kids to enjoy. The attractions were fabulous, but a simple and harmless joy taken away from the kids was on the Disk-O ride- they were not permitted to raise their hands up in excitement as is always a staple for amusement attractions. I must admit, I did take note of the large umbrellas strategically placed throughout the area. If the wonderful weather takes a turn and starts pouring as it has these last three days there would be plenty of shelter to take cover under. PS if possible, hand towels would be a great addition to the bathroom in the back left corner of the arcade (which was really nice) instead of just the hand dryer. Sometimes a paper towel is a nice...
