EIEIO Organic Farm — Attraction in Wimberley

My Husband and I went here for a Valentine's, romantic weekend getaway. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The farm is very peaceful and has a unique history. And we loved the charming little town of Wimberley. However, if you expect things to be clean and like a lot of privacy in your cabin, I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, our sheets were dirty, there was still food left in the refrigerator from previous guests. And in my opinion..the kitchen was not sanitary to cook and prepare our food in. I spent 30 to 45 minutes cleaning the kitchen myself Saturday. In addition, the owner explained that she is working on getting the circuit breaker system upgraded soon. We lost all power to the cabin when trying to run the heater, microwave and t.v. at the same time. The owner did offer us 1 free nights stay during the week a return trip, for all our troubles. However, we will not be returning. I suggest the owner invest in a professional cleaning service for her cabins, and invest in some curtains for the windows above the bed and in...

If you are looking for a quiet country stay minutes away from from Wimberley Square, the Blanco River and delicious local restaurants, EIEIO Farm is your answer!
