It's a good hood store I guess. It's dirty and run down a bit but meh, it gets a lot of use and is a mix of income patrons. Some have some issues which is expected and ok. It has quite a few employees. More than it should for the lethargic kitchen workers efforts. Seems like it would be much quicker and exact order capable if the kitchen had some hustle. The Lil slim guy at the kitchen register rolls his eyes alot at patrons and sighs but he has never been verbally disrespectful that I have seen. He may catch the right crazy one day though, he spends far to much time on his phone. Maybe I should sell wings. They leave plenty of meat on the bone. So punny. I always wait 45 mins and people get served before me, I just watch and note. No biggie. I also get to see the upset people asking for refunds that can't take the wait and the lack of efficiency. The chicken is really really good. I won't stop going. it's like watching a live...

Today my husband came in to get us some lunch. And when he asked for the simple request of, could everything that come on the chicken be put on the side.(mayo and pickles) since he was bringing it to my job. The OWNER went on a whole tangent saying “that’s not what he does, he doesn’t know what his second shift does for customers but they’re not supposed to do that”. Etc…… So needless to say my husband walked out and another potential customer followed behind when they heard the exchange. He could have went about it differently but talking to people who are coming in to your business to support YOU. Is poor customer service if you don’t want to deal with ppl maybe hire more staff.

To be clear husband said a potential customer turned around when he walked out the door, not in the line ….. since we have to be technical. No reason to fabricate anything over chicken sandwich. Your rudeness was the problem. Have a...
