Only sold me 2 dressers and a headboard for 3K when asked about the footboard he went off on my boyfriend. Nothing happened he just flipped out scream he is having a bad day. Tried to put him out the store for asking a question and tried to keep my money and furniture. The owner has a nasty attitude. He down talked my boyfriend, and lied saying that he cussed him out when all he asked was “are the pieces sold separately?” Please do not spend your money here. The sales associate was nice and polite. Willing to answer questions I had for her. On the other hand my interaction with the owner was horrendous! He demanded that I sit up on some furniture I was testing out. He said he was running a business and I'm making it look like a motel. New furniture is not cheap and if I am going to pay that kind of money then I want to know that its going to be comfortable. I feel totally belittled and disrespected. Ken Lu Furniture will not be getting business from me. I will take my money where it is...

I have been purchasing my furniture at Ken Lu Furniture for almost 20 years and the owner is VERY Professional and ALWAYS has been he treats his customers EXTREMELY WELL as well as his staff ANYTHING that I have ever needed for my home he has ALWAYS had even if he has to order it.
