Management and customer service are horrible for the store. I try to get into contact multiple times with the management they refused to call me back and will only speak to me via email. They don’t even sign their name in their emails, I don’t even know who I’m speaking to at this point it could be a person working at the register. I ordered a pair of mountain horse boots it was coming from the manufacturer in Pennsylvania the boots did not work the company would like for me to pay shipping back to California for these boots … how is that fair? A company should be able to lose a little bit of money in order to please their customers. I highly recommend to stick to a shop like SmartPak or Dover if you need any items for yourself or your horse which may need to be returned because they offer free returns...
