Glam Boutique NW — Attraction in Yelm

The place itself is nice, but unfortunately not all of the employees conduct themselves in a way that reflects upon that, chatting as if no customers were present, and for me, it took away from the whole atmosphere. I went for a haircut and highlights. They couldnt lighten my hair the way I wanted and unfortunately I was in a rush to leave because of a family emergency going on that day so I figured it wasnt worth even complaining about. The hairdresser (Ellen) didnt hand me a mirror to see the backside, and I didnt think to ask. She was overall nice enough, i paid and tipped, but when I got home I found out that the top layer was choppy and noticeably shorter on one side than the other. Their excuse was it's hard to blend it because of how much hair I have, but I just cant believe they let me walk out like that. They offered for me to go in so they can try again but I'd just rather not...

I made an appointment to have my eyebrows touched up. I did not initially get the microdermabrasion done at the Glam boutique. I got a call from them this morning and a text message asking me to send a photo of my eyebrows which I did. The response back I got from them was that they could not help me that my eyebrows are too dark and that they would be darker and bulky, I’ve had them touched up several times and nobody has ever said that before. And I have not had them done in over three years so I know that they’re very faded. I was super offended the comment that was made was I can’t help you. It feels like I’m not good enough glamorous enough for them. I am a senior citizen and I’m just super offended. I will never go there and I would never recommend anybody to go there. It’s not that they were rude, it’s just I’ve never Denied...

I had my hair cut as well as my 3 girls’ hair cut as well. We went two different days. One day we were with Brook ❤️! The second day we saw Ray❤️! These ladies are Fantastic, Amazing and everything I have been looking for in stylists! They are both very knowledgeable. I appreciated that they were both so willing to answer my tedious questions and help me understand things that I was not aware of! All of the hair cuts were phenomenal! I didn’t even really know what I wanted, how short I wanted it but Brook helped me out and I love it! I will be coming back on a routine basis!
