Great course! Played on a day after rain, fairway was wet and sloppy, but in great shape. The greens were awesome! Lots of great outs with good speed on the greens. The fairway were great but in the low levels they were very wet due to the rain. But overall, The course was in good shape. The course is really neat with names for every hole. I like that touch it really add to the experience. Had a couple of beers after the 18 and the the bar and view were great. Definitely check out this place!

Well maintained golf course just south of Ogunquit that has a rather challenging back 9. Fairways were in good condition, tee boxes well maintained and the greens are well kept. The front 9 is more open and easier off the tee, while the back has tighter fairways outlined by trees that mark hazards.

Very nice staff. Way to overpriced for the conditions of the course. Greens were in very bad shape. Payed $108 per person for a course that should be $60-80 at the most. Not worth the money. Better off going to ledges or links at outlook for this price.

Perfection! "Welcome Home"said gracious Golf Rhyne Varney at the beginning of this season. Cape Neddick Country Club has a wonderful welcome home atmosphere that makes anyone who crosses its threshold feel like you truly belong.

The management-Hess, Rhybe and company do an absolutely fantastic job of delivering a great customer experience every time whether you are in the pro shop, great restaurant bar, or beautiful 18 hole golf course that's hard to beat.

The CCCC course is not a long march across the Sahara Desert like the Ledges not a short pitch like so many local 9 hole courses. It has just the right level of challenge and natural unpretentious beauty to make for a wonderful afternoon in a fresh sea breeze.

I have many fond memories of Cape Neddick. Once years ago I took one of my son's Morgan there to play with me one day when he was just a boy but he didn't have any clubs. "Joe The Pro" as we called him went into the back room found an ole 7 iron cut it down, and put a new handle on it, My son Morgan learned to play with that one club we affectionately called "Pitching Joe."

I can remember another time .I was sitting at the bar in the restaurant with my ten year old son Roc. I asked him for a bite of his hot dog and he said "No."

The legendary Johnny "O" a great golfer whose putter still hangs on the club wall was sitting next to us. He turned to Roc and said in his thick Boston accent. "Give Your Father a Bite of That Hotdog."

Johnny "O" had so much natural authority that my son simply obeyed handing the dog over. I am sure all of us who are cape Neddick Patrons have stories to tell like this. (The new crew is every bit as good and more).

Cape Neddick CC is a very special place to go whether you are a full member, social member or vacationer. You will always feel like you matter to the people there.

You are never just another stranger whose only importance is paying a greens fee, but an old friend who is cherished and whose happiness counts.

Give this place a try. Its accessible and affordable. Its both a private club and open to all!

Ps. TRY THE RUM PUNCH IN THE BAR IF YOU DARE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND STRONG ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU BREAK...

Sad to write this, because this area needs more public golf. Overpriced, completely unmaintained..The greens were not bad a little inconsistant and fuzzy, the tees are a mess, they use like 7 different box marker color combinations and there is no consistancy from hole to hole, i have no idea which tees i played from yesterday, it seemed like each hole had a different color combo..from tee to green was pretty much a dump...ryegrass, bentgrass, fescue, clover, bluegras, dirt, rocks, and a variety of dead crap. There were unattended washouts everywhere and just a mess of neglected areas and contours. The place simply isn't maintained at all. When you did get on a patch of green in the "fairway" it was just bentgrass over muck, not any kind of true fairway..the carts were old crap gas jobs..we paid 320$ for 3/18 2 riders 1 walker (gag)...we had dinner at the restaurant, that was gross too..will never go back..and i'm sad...
