Itty Bitty Mobile Petting Zoo — Attraction in Yucca Valley

My friends and family absolutely loved the experience that Tiffany and Itty Bitty Mobile Petting zoo provided for our sons special day. I cant thank her and her brother Dustin enough! Its so special what they do for everyone! Even the adults were in love with the animals! So heres some info that might be useful if your deciding to book... It was my first time booking a petting zoo, I found them through a google and yelp search, along with a few other options. My deciding factor was Tiffanys instagram page. The other two options didnt have an instagram and no visibility. Being able to see Tiffany and how she cares for the animals and the professional events that she has been a part of made me comfortable and confident in booking with them. The pricing was reasonable and fair. It wasnt the cheapest and it wasnt the most expensive, but I also wasnt looking for a deal, I was looking for an experience! Itty Bitty delivered beyond what I was expecting. Tiffany is easy to communicate with through text, which I love because its easier for me, being a full time working mom, text is sometimes my only option. You must have patience! Because I am so busy and understand how busy other people can be, immediate responses are not needed and sometimes our text replies were hours or a day or so apart. If you need immediate communication, this might be a sore spot for you if you cant understand that taking care of her animals are the priority. On the day of the event, Tiffany let me know her brother was on the way and when he arrived he was quick to set up and interact with the kids and give us the back story on all the animals. We had Teddy the sheep, one eyed willis the goat, and ducks, chickens, roosters, bunnies and 2 other goats. I didnt get all the names because I was busy chasing toddlers around, but would have loved to have spent more time with our furry friends. I also added on to the package pony rides and Marshmallow was our pony for the event. Marshmallow was the sweetest. Very gentle around my son who loves animals but sometimes is frightened by the larger animals up close. When my son approached Marshmallow, Marshmallow was still and calm, almost like she was reading his energy and knew to be gentle for him. Every parent at the party was asking me for the info and every parent and child raved about them being there. They kept the the are clean, consistently picking up after all of the animals. My sister hired this company for my nieces first birthday party. Tiffany requested a 50% deposit, which was $500, to secure the date. The deposit was sent via Zelle and the service was confirmed.

On the day of the party, as the party was starting, my sister contacted Tiffany requesting an ETA. Tiffany told my sister she was not going to make it because her truck broke down. To clarify, my sister reached out to Tiffany first. Tiffany did not think to contact my sister to advise her of the issue. Very unprofessional. We were understanding and settled with not having the petting zoo and Tiffany apologized and ensured and would refund the $500 deposit.

This was on Saturday 2/24. As of 3/3, Tiffany has not returned the $500 deposit. We have contacted her every day requesting the refund and have remained professional, and she has either ignored the requests or simply responded with "ok" but still no deposit refunded.

My sister wrote a review and Tiffany immediately text her, THANKING her for the negative review in a very condescending way and followed it by asking her to remove the review. It appeared as though Tiffany was indicating she would return the $500 refund, only after the review was removed without actually saying that.

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! Tiffany is obviously capable of extorting people by holding their deposits unless they delete reviews. Which I totally understand if someone would agree to that. If she said remove the review and I will return the deposit I would actually consider doing it because $500 is A LOT OF MONEY.

Tiffany is a thief. And I know people go through hard times but what she is doing is completely unprofessional and unethical.

This company is a scam. Do NOT be fooled. Do NOT give this woman your money. I booked my daughter’s birthday party with this company and Tiffany requested a 50% deposit which is reasonable. What is NOT reasonable is confirming details, payment, etc, over the phone and discussing an arrival time of 30 minutes before for setup and then on the morning of the party POOF! NOTHING! Absolutely no contact what so ever. She did not show up. I called multiple times and was sent straight to voicemail. I text the number that she had been messaging me from no response. Called another known affiliated number and no answer. Multiple calls later, 22 to be exact…nothing. My daughter’s party came and went with no sign of Tiffany or this so called ITTY BITTY PETTING ZOO… such a disappointment, she should be ashamed of how she operates like this. Again reader beware!
