We live about 45 minutes away from Riverside Park. We feel that the drive is well worth the time. The grass is always cut and the park is very well maintained. There are 2 fenced areas, one designated for small dogs and the other is designated for large dogs. You can tell that the locals take pride in their dog park. Across from the dog park is a small covered pavilion with picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and a well maintained path along a railroad track for bikers and hikers. A great place to check...

The bike path is decent in length and relatively decently maintained. Some sections of fence could be replaced and some graffiti covered. They also have soccer and baseball fields used for local tournaments. This is a great place for picnics and family reunions as well as they have shelters with tables setup for parties.
