Zephyrhills Train Depot Museum — Attraction in Zephyrhills

Great place for a gathering. Nice paved path with shade. Lots of green grass to promote outdoor activities. There is 1 large pavilion with picnic tables, garbage cans, and charcoal grill. This pavilion does not have electric. Park is located right next to active train tracks. It is a nice park for picture taking as well. Playground suitable for children from toddler to younger kids. There is a swing set in the shade located down the paved path. Bathrooms are on site but were locked due to museum...

Very neat museum. As Zephyrhills was founded around the railroad, this museum packs a lot of history into the small historic depot building. Just wish it was open more than it is. It's great to have volunteer staffing to save the city money and keep it open even if it is on a limited basis. Worth a stop...

You can't go into the depot unless you are attending a booked event, but there is a playground behind it with a swing set further back down the trail. Nowhere near as busy as the Zephyrhills Park near the community center. Lots of trees, covered benches, but no...
