They are borderline scammers, they mislead us saying it’s an all inclusive trip. We decided to pay by card. And when the agent lady took the card from us and gave it to the person accepting the payment, he was busy on the phone. Didn’t even bother to look this side. The agent lady disappeared afterwards

But we had to pay extra for the spinning boat for 6 seconds. But they gave 10 seconds extra when we asked. They didn’t even let us pay once we get back.

And once we got back and they asked extra for photos. Didn’t even budge on the price at all times. It was an agent lady that mislead us. We had similar experience in Hoi A Lake and the agent lady there said the same thing. Quoted us price for 25 minutes. And the boat guy dropped us back after 20 minutes.
