Overall I would recommend, if you are in Da Nang for a weekend or a few days and want to be somewhere quieter but still easily reachable to the central part of Danang and you don't mind basic/minimal accommodation.

Positives: The rooms are basic/minimal, meaning you get the necessities (no iron/wardrobe, hair dryer ect) rooms are very clean, looks as per the pictures, sufficient hot water. My room had a spacious balcony.

Near the beach (come out of motel and take a right....the beach is a straight walk about 5 minutes away)

Quite/not noisy area

Nearby convenience store, some cafes by the side streets on on the main road across the beach, I came to one called 'Kia coffee and beer' and enjoyed a smoothie.

The couple who operate the motel, I found them to be very nice and helpful, some language barrier as my Vietnamese is non existent☺️ but google translate was my best friend.

Thank you to the wife who took me to the nearby bank to withdraw cash as the motel is cash only, so no card machine (so either pay online or bring the amount you need to pay with you in cash)

The negative for me was the bed, which is maybe just a personal preference, but it felt like sleeping on a table. The Mattress is hard! Which if you don't mind that then, great. But I didn't stay as long as I had booked for as it was too uncomfortable.

But overall, i would recommend it. You can book for a day or two and see how...

The family that runs the motel are very nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, even had a fridge to keep cold drinks in.

There is also a volleyball court right next to the motel where a local group plays. They were exceptionally friendly and invited me to play with them, and then to go drink beers and eat afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or for friendlier people to...

Chất lượng phòng ổn với cái giá 250k/đêm ở Đà Nẵng. Check-out 12h trưa, check-in 2h chiều. Không có tủ lạnh và bình đun siêu tốc, nhưng có thể hỏi mượn của chị chủ. Thùng rác trong phòng nhỏ xíu, ổ cắm điện có 2 ổ (phòng đôi lẫn đơn) Cửa sổ bị dán kín lại không mở ra được. Cụ thể xem trong ảnh.
