Canyoning Dalat Tours — Attraction in Da Lat City

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TOURS IN DA LAT! I booked a tour (full day HIKE AND BIKE tour) well in advance and received a confirmation that the tour was booked. We were ready at the prescribed time to be picked up and no one showed up to pick us up. When I called the company to find out where the tour guide was, I was told to email them and they would advise me, only to tell me the guide had not returned from tet holiday. This information was not passed on to us and the company washed their hands of failing to provide proper customer service. Because of their complacency, we were unable to book a tour with any other company as they left us high and dry. All other tours had left for the day, leaving us on Da Lat without a tour. This excursion was the highlight of my trip! The guides were polite and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable, even while jumping off a 30 foot cliff! It was a very physical day, but the lunch and water they provided gave me the energy I needed. None of the time felt wasted as we walked through the beautiful jungle to each abseiling opportunity.
