We visited Bai Xep beach in the evening at around sunset time. The sky looked beautiful and the water looked clear, so I’d expect it to be very nice during daylight. There were a few rocks in some areas, but there was still a part to swim without rocks. We came by scooter and parked on the alley that leads to the beach. We noticed there were some people pointing you to parking spaces, but assumed that there will be a fee. We didn’t pay any fees to enter the beach. To get to the beach you go through a local village with narrow roads, but very beautiful to see local life.
