Sea.Fire.Salt — Restaurant in Quy Nhơn

We came here last year to celebrate my husband’s birthday dinner. This year, during our return trip to Quy Nhon, we saw on their Facebook page that a new cocktail inspired by Phở had just been introduced. We went to try it, but the staff told us that the cocktail would only officially launch the next day.

However, Yến and another lovely lady (I’m so sorry I forgot your name 🥹) were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they offered to check with the manager to see if they could make the cocktail for us that night, as it was our last evening in Quy Nhon. Luckily, they came back with good news — they could prepare it for us!

We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. The manager (I’m sorry I also forgot your name 🥲) personally came out to serve us the Phở cocktails and took the time to explain the inspiration behind them and how they were created. My husband and I were both so impressed — not only by the creativity but also by how delicious and well-presented the cocktails were.

Thank you to the wonderful team that night for making our cocktail experience so memorable. We highly recommend the bar and restaurant here and can’t wait to come back...

Have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner multiple times here. The breakfast ala carte buffet has both Vietnamese and Western selections. All of the food they serve are so tasty and of premium quality, plus great view and kind service. Love the Ban Xeo, hash browns, and steamed freshly caught...

Enjoy the dinner in here during Avani staying. Nice restaurant, nice staff. Impressive by home-made butter, dish decoration. Salad and risotto might be not suitable to our taste. The price not so value with quality. Same price but in InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula we get...
