Thuy Van Beach Vung Tau — Attraction in Vung Tau City

Traveled to the beaches in Vietnam and loved the lively atmosphere. Lots of people enjoying the sun, kids playing around and there selling local snacks right to our umbrella resting area, such a great way to experience the local culture.

Saw many tiny crabs running along the shore which was fun to watch. The only issue was the lack of rubbish bins and public toilets, but luckily we rented a homestay nearby so we could easily go back...

Basic beach, it was nice. No rocks Good consistency for sand castles Umbrella and chairs were cheap Circle k across the street with good prices.

Cons: So hot here.... Water had algee bloom when we were there (small green balls ) Can't see through...

Visited on 20 Aug as part of my day tour to Vung Tau. Saw many children playing with water and sand.

There are few locals trying to sell your their souvenirs. Must learn how to reject it tactfully, otherwise they can be...
