Bau Trang, often called the “White Lake” of Binh Thuan, is truly a breathtaking destination that deserves a full 5-star rating. The natural scenery here is stunning, with endless white sand dunes stretching under the bright blue sky, creating a picturesque view that feels both majestic and peaceful. The lake in the middle of the dunes adds a unique charm, reflecting the clouds and making the whole landscape even more magical. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as sandboarding, riding ATVs across the dunes, or simply walking around to take in the beauty and capture incredible photos. The atmosphere is quiet and refreshing, far from the hustle of the city, making it an ideal place to relax and reconnect with nature. What makes Bau Trang even more special is the combination of desert-like landscapes and serene waters, something rare in Vietnam. The locals are friendly, and services like renting vehicles or tour guides are easily accessible, making the trip convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Bau Trang offers an unforgettable experience and is absolutely worth visiting at least once in a lifetime. A truly magical and iconic spot in Vietnam that deserves to be on every traveler’s...
Read moreCame to see the sunrise. Wouldn't recommend getting the ATV cars or comind for sunrise unless you like touristy things. Total rip off. 300 each for a few minutes driving. The guy lied and said the walk was far...it was dark, so we couldnt tell, but it's not far at all. You could easily walk to the top slowly within 30 mins. Would be a joke if people tried to charge like this in Europe, just to go up a little bit of hill. After the sunrise they rush you to drive you to the other side of the dunes. So you're always surrounded by tourists, which is not what I want a photo of personally. Ignorant people posing for selfies in front of everyone's view. Trash is bad, like everywhere in Vietnam. Sand dunes are okay... not the prettiest view with buildings and wind turbines around, but worth seeing if you're driving past. I wouldn't come to Mui Ne for them. If I came again id walk up in the daylight instead, when the suns brighter and try to miss the crowd. I've added photos as our opinion probably varies a lot to others. I wouldn't be surprised if someone breaks a neck one day either..some drivers were driving like idiots, but the main one we...
