SCAM! I am solo travelling through Vietnam and when I passed this place I thought: why Not? It's advertised for 400k for 20 Minutes which Sounds reasonable to me. When I got there they told me it costs 600k instead because to Go Up the dunes I needed a bigger vehicle...so I did IT anyway and one staff member sat on the Back of the vehicle. WE went Up the First Dune (took Like 30 Seconds) and then stopped for a Picture and short Break. I was offered to do a Dune sledge Thing for another 50 or 75k (Not Sure anymore). I denied the offer and they we're Not Happy about it. Next WE drove for 1 Minute to the Lake. Guess what? Picture and Smoking Break for the staff member. He told me to have a Look at the Lake. The Break took over 5 Minutes until we continued to Drive behind one tiny Dune so that Nobody could See us. The staff member wanted another 200k for the Pictures. When I have the Money to him we Headed Back.

All in all the driving time was max 5 Minutes for one small Dune and it...

I regret spending 800,000 VND for this disappointing experience. The price is outrageous considering what you get: absolutely nothing special. The dunes are beautiful, but the ride itself is poorly managed and unsafe.

The worst part was that an employee (or someone associated with the company) decided to hang onto the side of the buggy for the entire ride (even though I’ve paid the highest price to ride alone). This caused noticeable disbalance and made the ride feel unstable. Even worse, the person kept touching the torque and brakes, interfering with the controls and making us feel out of control.

To top it off, my wife ended up with a burn on her leg because of this guy leaning and pushing during the ride. It’s unacceptable to have such careless behavior from staff when safety should be a priority.
