Glacier Peaks Casino — Attraction in Browning

I LOVE GLACIER PEAKS, IT'S CLEAN, GREAT FOOD & ENJOYABLE, If U have the time & money to try your luck. My Godson Kole Larson has worked in House Keeping, been working there since they opened, he had worked at the old PEAKS. We both agree he should be paid a better WAGE for his Seniority. HE TOO, LOVES his JOB, HE'S LOYAL to his Dept. MANAGE & has worked alone on occasion. He hasn't taken a vacation all of 2017. KOLE has 2 College Degrees, very smart although he is partially AUTISTIC. This may not be the place to say all of these concerns, but it had to be said. When Kole is on his days off, he would prefer to be at work. He should also be 40 hour a week employee, versus the 32 hours per week. His status is TEMPORARY/PERMANENT, PLUS has completed all required training with a passing certification. He worries about is manager, always, being short on staff, due to weather conditions, illness, & other EMERGENCIES. He has also impersonated ELVIS. Once was dressed as ELVIS after the PARADE, DURING NAID CELEBRATION. HE was on his days off, after we had lunch, we were leaving & he greeted & welcomed 2 bus loads of senior citizens. We had to wait for him as the tour bus had brought them here from Kalispell or Great Falls, Montana or Alberta, CANADA! He has always represented GLACIER PEAKS during his off hours. Now: as for the GLACIER PEAKS MOTEL, we have never had the opportunity to stay the, but we have heard they have many services, such as a continental breakfast, convention suites, a pool with slides, besides comfortable rooms for their guests. I went to the casino restaurant and I ordered a chicken fried steak dinner. When I got it home it was tough like shoe leather. So I went back into town and went to the cashier. I stated my issue and she said there’s nothing we can do they can’t make it tender. I said I realize that but they can start over and cook another one she said it would be the same. Because I guess they’re deep fried. I didn’t know that. I said okay where’s your manager. She pointed in his direction. I told him my problem and what she told me. He said don’t worry I will take care of it. I was given a new steak which much more palatable. I don’t know the managers name but he was so nice and accommodating. Stayed in the Glacier Peaks Hotel for a few days with my S.O. I’m writing this review specifically to shout out the Glacier Peaks Restaurant. The food was beyond amazing and a great price!! They are THROWING DOWN in there! Let me tell you it is very hard to find great food in the St. Mary- Browning area. Everywhere we went was overpriced and terrible quality. My husband and I continued to choose to eat at the hotel because the food was consistently fantastic!! You can tell that the kitchen is run on a tight shift and has great management. The staff is super hardworking and attentive. :) Anything you get on the menu will most likely be fantastic. Highly recommend! Great job Jackpot Restaurant...
