Hôtel Lala Zakia — Hotel in Filfila

Overall, its not worth the money staying here. And below are the reasons for the one star rating, this place is not touristic. And they truly deserve to be given zero stars.

Firstly, the room size was quite small for a family of four, this is a scam. We asked to view the room, they showed us photos!!! funny. Secondly, whenever taking showers, the water flooded the bathroom and the room; make sure to ask for additional towels to use them to block the water, to prevent the room from being flooded. Thirdly, there weren't available parking spots, and make sure your car is firmly locked, and don't leave valuable items in your car, as the hotel management is careless to ask for car details. Fourthly, the hotel location is within the worst place to access the beach, I don't recommend this hotel, if you are accompanied with children. Fifthly, the toilet and changing rooms are revolting so much so that pigs refuse accessing. Very very very dirty and a horrible stench in the cubicles, make sure to change in the hotel rooms. Furthermore, charging you extra money for the beach!!! funny. Also, the breakfast is decent, although not impressive. Additionally, the showers at the beach lacked water. That's disgusting and annoying, after swimming for the whole day, not a single droplet of water to be found. The management is so careless. Make sure to ask for water for showing before entering the beach. The only good thing, and thank God for the beach, sand and seawater...

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I booked, I was told that the suite had a sea view, and even the bill confirmed this. However, upon arrival, the suite did not have a sea view. When I raised the issue with the receptionist, he denied having said so, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The toilet was not flushed, had hair inside, and water drops on the seat. Although a cleaner was sent, she argued that it was already clean and only wiped the seat with a wet cloth, which was not acceptable. The conditions in the suite were also very poor: we were only given one towel, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the electricity cut off several times during our stay. Breakfast was equally disappointing — there was only one type of pastry and some dry cakes. The kitchen itself was in very poor condition, with spider webs visible on the walls. Overall, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality. I would not recommend...

Was a great day at the hotel, aspect from a guy at the reception, when we checked in around 12:30 pm , he was ok but i think he needs to be more welcoming and motivated to provide better service to his guests! Remember that people are paying for that staying! And please do lower your eyes from a women’s backs and not to check them out as they are coming with their husbands and not from the street! Yes the skinny brown skin guy has a bit beard!! Some professional miner need it . The service at the restaurant was very helpful and polite and that food was delicious, thank you chef !
