Nb: I didn't enjoyed the stay. I said special thanks to Certain persons, whom by their commitment and help made my stay stay of hell looks less hellish. Karima, Ratiba, Sana, Mohamed and Foued were a real support. Ibis les falaises is a toxic hell and a perfect exemple of missing management , of an environment where a room keeper is calling the shots, she can decide by herself to bring you the iron clothes or not ( not even people at reception can convince her ). Rooms are pity, the whole environment is pity. That pretty clear that the manager is not even sweating to do the minimum needed. JUST LOOKING AT ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS ( REAL COMMENTS NOT THE COMMENTS MADE BY THE 'NON RESIDENT' -WHO JUST CAME TO THE HOTEL FOR A DRINK AT THE BAR - AND FRIENDS OF THE HOTEL STAFF) I CAN SEE THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS ENJOYING THIS SITUATION. EVEN BEING A GOLDEN DOES'NT RING A BELL. ALL ACCOR YOU ARE REALLY DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE ALTHOUGH ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS, THE COMPLAINTS YOU ARE DOING NOTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AND I AM SERIOUSLY QUESTIONNING MY CHOICES OF ACCOR HOTELS. I HAVE BEEN USING ALL ACCOR HOTELS SINCES YEARS AMD YEARS ALL AROUND THE WORLD BUT I WILL GIVE UP MY MEMBERSHIP AND STATUS AND WILL NOT CHOSE ALL ACCOR ANYMORE.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with the warmest welcome from the Duty Manager, Abdulkadir. His genuine kindness and professionalism immediately set the tone for my entire visit. Itās this kind of personal touch that transforms a standard hotel stay into a truly pleasant and memorable one.
The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from the trusted ibis brand: efficient, clean, and comfortable. My room was simple, modern, and had everything a solo traveller like me could need. It was quiet, the bed was excellent, and it ticked all the boxes for a great rest after a day of exploring Oran. I did notice a very minor leakage in the shower stall, but it was insignificant and didnāt affect my overall comfort at all.
Breakfast is a solid, straightforward buffet with the usual continental and hot options. While the selection is the same each day, the quality is good. The highlight for me was the made-to-order omelette stationāa perfect way to start the morning with a fresh, hot meal.
I would not hesitate to return here on my next trip to Oran and would highly recommend the ibis Oran to any type of travellerāsolo, business, or couples. Itās a reliable choice made exceptional...

But AC of the room was not working. at night app. 9 when i enquired at reservation about AC , some other guests were also there complaianing about Same issue, they told me technicians are working and soon AC will start. at night 12 they said sorry it is not working since last 2 days. and they can not help now. how a hotel like IBIS can allow guests to sleep in packed room without AC in peak summer. . in the morning recervation told that managament had told to inform every guest before check in that Ac is not working in the Hotel , then why we were not informed. this is absolutly not as per standered of Accor hotel /IBIS standered . this is second time happened with me in last 5...
