The food from here is only good when they get it to you while it's hot. I went here twice with friends and family and both times the food was delivered to our table cold. When we complained, they reheated the food with the vegetables too, so my friend got hot cucumber, tomato and salad slices along with her food...

They also took a long time to give us our drinks. And they forgot some drinks too, we didnt get them until we asked about them because a lot of time had passed.

When it comes to the atmosphere, it would be nice if they could place families with small children separate from adults because the way they do it now means it's mixed on all floors of the restaurant. Babies scream next to your table and their parents dont do anything to quiet or calm the children. I loved it Although it's so classy the prices are reasonable ! They server you this delicious free puffy bread at first with 2 sauces then they server u the dishes u order Well we order borghul , the quantity was big and and it was so yummy . I went there with a party of 6, although 4 or 5 waiters were free, no one had the curiosity to direct us to a free table. We kept looking for a table with no "reserved" sign. We had 2 babies, we had to get the baby chairs ourselves. Menu was already on the table with visible price and discription. Waiters were very rude, unhelpful and irrespectful.
