Very bad expérience, we were staying for two nights in august 2020. First, female receptionist was very bad. Organization was not so good as well. When we finaly get into our appartment, by night we had some visitors coeckroach, invasion. Nightmare started, no available rooms, no solution except a spray. The day after i changed from appart to room, cleanning was very bad as we found some blood on the couch... no com. When it comes to leave they asked us to pay full 02 nights, i payed with some negotiated prices (-1000 da). So to sum, avoid this hotel. That was my first and last experience with them.

Hope that they will take into consideration my feedbacks to evolve their...

The services at this hotel are disastrous by all standards. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable; my family and I were sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest left. The room doors don't close at all, neither from the inside nor the outside, leaving us feeling unsafe throughout our stay. As for the breakfast, it was a complete joke. We were told it was a buffet, but the reality was the exact opposite. The staff prevented us from taking what we wanted, as if we were in a prison, not a hotel. The entire experience was disastrous, and I will never return to this...

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I have never seen such a filthy hotel in my life. There were mosquitoes and various bugs everywhere. The beds had stains and hair on them. I don’t even want to start on the bathroom—it was disgusting. Everything was stained, and the shower had hair and a strange odor. This hotel was our last resort since all other hotels were booked.
