We decided not to book here as rooms appeared dark and uninviting (we booked a nearby Airbnb which was much nicer at the same cost) but did have a very unfortunate experience with the owner/front desk. Our tour bus asked for us to select the nearest hostel/hotel for pickup as they do not pick up from Airbnbs, so being that this place was the closest to us - we provided this spot for pick-ip. We were standing outside this hostel and an older lady came out to ask if we are staying at the hostel, we responded no but are just waiting for our tour bus, to that she yelled - "don't stay here, otherwise I'm calling the police - go to the bus station". Despite the bus station only being a 4 min walk away, she picked us up from the bus station (free of charge) and drove us back there after our trip. When we were sat downstairs in the evening playing games and chatting, she would make us cups of tea/coffee and bring us cakes! All in all, highly...
