Mora Hostel — Hotel in Mendoza

I have no idea how this hostel can get such a high marks here. Apart from its great location, there is nothing good. The whole property is poorly-maintained, everything is so dirty, especially the tableware in kitchen are so disgusting, you can even find the food remains in the bowl, and there's no one care. ||The shower is not only dirty, water pressure is so weak that has difficulties in taking a shower. My room has no lock and everybody can come in, zero security. ||Apart from the guy in overnight shift, every staff is so rude and cares nothing and they play music loudly till 1am, but there's no sound-proof, I join a tour in the morning 7am but I can't sleep.||It is ridiculous that when I want to cook, there's no lighter for me to turn on the furnace, I told the lady about this situation. She seemed try to find the match for me, while I waited for more than 10 minutes and there's no response, turned out she sat down and playing cellphone or whatever her own stuff. I have to ask again and she seems don't know what to do and cares nothing. Turn out, there's another guy helped us to buy a lighter.||Come on, I don't need an excellent 5-star service, but even if you can't find a lighter, can you at least tell me? Even the basic service cannot...
