Our Google Map placed the hotel right at the corner of Plaza Pringles, while in fact it is about 5 blocks away - no big deal but be aware of it. We mentioned this to the hotel at check-in, their reaction was Google Map is wrong - yeah, I realized this but as an owner you should have the interest to let Google Map know to correct their information.||Easy check-in, parking in-house in their tight but welcome free space, free excellent wifi in the room. ||Our room was spacious but the carpet was stained and buckling, not giving a clean feeling, the rest of the room felt clean. Good and not-too-noisy airconditioning in the room, 2 easy chairs with a small table but no desk and no easily available electrical outlets for charging equipment - in this 21st century an absolute requirement.||Bathroom reasonably clean, tiled and with a bidet, but supplied with only one bath towel, one cup for toothcare, absolutely no vanity countertop and only a miniscule shelf above the sink - some upgrades are urgently needed here, particularly in view of the rather steep rates for this location.||Ok continental breakfast with cheese and a slice of meat, croissants, no eggs but creme caramel.||Overall quite an underwhelming experience, particularly for the...

Both were fine for our purposes -- clean but not luxurious. The room had a small fridge, which was nice. My husband was a bit concerned because our window seemed like it would be accessible to someone walking on a nearby roof outside, and the window lock seemed inadequate, but we had no problems. The staff at the front desk were kind, and the hotel provided a computer with internet access in a small room off to the side near the lobby. We were happy to take...
