I was very happy with the hotel overall. The rooms were clean, stylish, and everything felt brand new. The staff—from the cleaners to the front desk—were all very helpful and welcoming. The SPA was excellent; I truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was a complete disaster and truly ruined an otherwise lovely experience.
We were not given menus the first 10 minutes until we asked, and afterward, no one came to take our order for a long time-even though only two other tables were occupied. I asked for the sauce for the steak salad to be served separately due to dietary restrictions. The chef misunderstood and sent the beef pieces IN the sauce instead. I desided not to spoil the evening and didn't say anything. After that, the service went downhill fast. Our waiter started serving outside and ignored our table completely. Other waiters avoided eye contact as I tried to get someone’s attention.Eventually, someone came by, and my daughter asked for the dessert menu. He looked at empty dishes at our table, lefy, brought menu, looked at our table full of empty dishes again and left without clearing anything. We waited another 15 minutes for someone to return and take our order, but no one came, so we decided to leave.
At the bar, we found all the waiters standing around. I asked for the manager, but was told there wasn't one available. I said I wasn’t happy with the service, and the barman simply replied “OK.” When I asked if that was really an acceptable response, he finally asked, “Okaaayy, what are you unhappy with?” At that point, the evening was already ruined and continuing the conversation felt pointless.
It’s disappointing that such a stylish and well-run hotel is let down by a restaurant with such poor service. The contrast between the hotel’s quality and the restaurant’s indifference is striking. It feels like two completely different places under one roof. I hope the management recognizes this gap and takes serious steps...
Read moreExpectations vs. Instagram = Completely Different. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The photos online looked beautiful, but the reality was far from it. Our bed sheets were super dirty—it was honestly disgusting trying to sleep in them. We reported the issue and also mentioned that the room didn’t match what we expected, but the staff did nothing and even blamed us for not specifying which room we wanted—something never mentioned during booking.
There were ants crawling from the balcony into the kitchen, which was incredibly unhygienic. On top of that, there was no AC on the main floor of the cottage with 40°C outside, making it unbearable during the day. Overall, the room was very dirty and not at all what was promised online.
The only thing we actually liked was the breakfast, lol — it was very fine with various dishes and options. But prices were very high for this level of cleanliness and service—absolutely not...
Read moreWe initially planned to stay just one night, but extended our booking for another day. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a big mistake.||At around 5 PM, a loud party began with blaring Armenian and Russian folk-style music (similar to rabis). The music was extremely loud, completely inappropriate for a spa resort, and continued well past 11 PM. It disturbed not only my family but also many other guests in the cottages — despite the fact that we all paid premium rates for peace and relaxation. The girl at the reception who completed our booking and received payment did not tell us anything re the party - was I aware of this, I would not stay here.||This was deeply disappointing. I understand the hotel may have wanted to earn extra revenue from the event, but sacrificing the comfort of paying guests with families and small children for this purpose is simply unacceptable. We left very unhappy and will...
