We were welcomed very well! Personnel is very nice and helpful.
The room was nearly perfectly furnished. The breakfast was nothing extra-chic, but tasty, satiating and diverse.
I have some criticism only for the hardware part, but it is what, ideally, can be improved. Yet, all is fair for the price.
So, my wishes: the biggest problem with the room was lack of ventilation at night. Neither of the windows had a tilt mechanism, so only horizontal swing of the door or one quite big window was an option. However, it is a bad option, because it: a) exposes the room for intruders. Armenia is very safe, but, anyway, the room becomes is an easy walk-in (even though the window) b) colder air would blow directly over one of the beds - a recipe for catching cold The second biggest problem is floor plan of the bathroom. a) There is no shower curtain or glass. Thus, I think by design, everything else is spaced away from the shower, cramming toilet seat and t-paper holder (not convenient in any way!). b) there is no shelf for gels, shampoo and other small things c) as common in Armenia, the water drainage is one for the entire bathroom floor. In our room this floor was not properly levelled, so there was always a small puddle, restricting access to the sink. *Also, the bathroom is levelled with the room, so if drainage would get clogged, the water would very quickly overflow to the room There was no hairdryer in the room (but maybe the personnel can provide one at request) I found no way to regulate heating in the room. It was warm (that's a big plus), but too warm for me Not a problem: I wish breakfast...

Omelette orders taken, well-presented. Whilst there was not a large range of food on offer, it was adequate, with fruit, bread, cake being the best options, other than the omelette.||Pleasant table service, Overall, an enjoyable breakfast.||||In summary, I can recommend Art Guesthouse as a place to stay in Dilijan, even though its location is not advantageous, if one is interested in going into the main part...
