KiroviTun — Hotel in Dilijan

The most amazing part in this holiday house is its nice view of the mountains and the well- attended terrace with umbrellaed tables for eating, surrounding wild roses and hammocks. Almost all the rooms have balconies overlooking the mountains, they are not spacious and the wardrobes in the room are not firmly placed (at least in our room), so you should be careful every time when you open the wardrobe door as it may fall down on you. There is no refrigerator in the room which is very bad in summer season especially when you travel with kids and take with you some special perishable food for them which cannot be kept in the room due to the absence of the refrigerator. They also do not have napkins in the room and do not sell them on the spot, you have to bring with you. Toilet paper they provide only one roll (does not matter how many days you stay), so when you run out of it you have to ask. The breakfast was good but if you plan to have dinner at the place be aware that they do not have much suitable food for children. When we asked whether we could order burgers, pizza or fries for the children the girl from the staff arrogantly answered that "this is neither pizzeria nor a burger house". There is also a small outdoor pool but it is always full of leaves and some insects getting into the pool from the surrounding trees. Also there is neither a shower room nor a cloack-room near the pool. As a solution they offer to change the clothes in the sauna that is...

It was very cold in the room. We asked for a heater twice and they told us that they will bring it soon. And soon was never. Then they told us that they turned on the heating system and after some time it will work. It never worked it one of the rooms where children were asleep already (they were so sure about the heating that we put children asleep not waiting).|So 3 children slept all night in cold.|We complaint about this in the morning to the administrator who said that it is not her fault and wasn't even sorry. She said its normal. (Is it normal when the room temperature is about 10 C)|After confirming with the director their final decision was - "Don't stay with us if you don't like it".|P.S. they promised to refund the price of the room after tax....

This place is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms are clean and the towels/bed sheets smell the cleanest you'll ever find anywhere!! 😄 Each room has a patio/balcony that overlooks the mountains. This is a very relaxing location where you will feel at home. The staff are realy lovely and provide friendly and genuine service. The only issue I had was that breakfast started at 10am which I think is really late and you can only have whatever is on the buffet, you cannot order anything else (even if you offer to pay extra). Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I ever...
