Hotel SEVANO — Hotel in Sevan

The only good thing was the location and wi-fi .||We stayed this hotel 17-20 oktober and hade a room in the bottom floor.||When we checkin and payed cash, they wanted us to cancel our booking on booking.com, we refused.||The room was wery cold, we have to sleep with our clothers and double blankets. When we complained, they swith on central heating system . When we woke up on the morning was the room cold again. They switched the system off in the middle off night and refused to start it again.||It was the same thing for 3 nights .||We have to argue with the male owner for him to switch on the heating for the night . He said nobody else hade complained .||Even the hot water was scarce A quick shower.No more.||The toilette ring was missing and water was leaking from the basin to the floor.||No cleaning during our 3 day long stay||We booked a room with a tv, it did not not exist .||After we left this place and checked in on next place in Jerevan, we recieve the a email from booking.com that we never shoved up at Sevano Hotel.||The owner on Sevano Hotel is dishonest and stingy.||Do...

На машине отель в хорошей доступности, прямо в городе. Рядом много магазинов, банкоматов, ресторанов (правда, 1 и 2 января ни один ресторан не работал). Из достопримечательностей в пешей доступности нет ничего, ближайшие - Севанаванк, озеро Севан. Насколько отель доступен на общественном транспорте - не можем оценить, хотя видели рядом автовокзал. Отель небольшой. Все удобно, в номере есть полотенца, халаты, чайник, немного посуды, холодильник, телевизор, вай-фай. Машину можно оставить под окнами. Номер чистый. Правда, показалось, что он пропах куревом, хотя мы в номере не курили. Претензий к обслуживанию нет. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Когда мы приехали, на ресепшене никого не было, но мы позвонили по контактному номеру и через 5 минут буквально к нам пришли и нас заселили. Слив в душевой кабинке засорился, вода плохо уходила + вход в отель неудобный со двора (чемодан придется заносить на 2 этаж по узкой лестнице). Также не понравился Севан (это уже претензия не к отелю), зимой в нем не чищены тротуары, под ногами...
