Печально. Прождали заказ 30 минут, в итоге бургеры холодные. Хорошо, что заглянула в пакет, тк там не хватало позиции одной. Т.е. за 30 минут никто не обратил внимание, что чего-то не хватает. Я понимаю, что бывают ситуации, когда что-то может задержать заказ или что-то не доложили, все мы люди и совершаем ошибки. Настроение было бы не так испорчено, если бы хотя бы извинились за ожидание или предложили бы какой-то извинительный бонус. А так только...
