I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, kind and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room service was perfect - my room was always kept clean and tidy, with fresh towels and linens every day. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at Green Palace Hotel was a highlight of my stay. It was delicious and complete, with regional specialties like sausage, egg, milk and cookies. It was the perfect way to start my day. While the location of the hotel was a little bit far from the historical regions of Yerevan, it was great for relaxing. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy for me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also has several spa, which I unfortunately didn't have time to use, but it looked great. The lobby area is spacious and stylish, with seating areas to relax or work. Overall, I highly recommend Green Palace Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Yerevan. The staff, room service and breakfast were all top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next...
Read moreThe hotel can't provide free cold bottled water to their guests . Not only that, i don't think they replenish the shampoo and shower gel daily. I can't believe I have to reason with the front desk staff for a cold bottled water. This hotel charges their guests for a cold water from the fridge. In a country with a temperature as high as 40C your comfort basically is to cool yourself with at least a cold bottled water inside the fridge (they considered a bar item). In the breakfast room the bottled water, of the same brand is given for free. They obviously do not want to replenish the contents of the so called bar items. So when I reasoned with the guest relation officer, he said that it was hotel policy that anything taken from the bar is chargeable including cold water. I do understand, but water is a necessity not something that you want. For a 4 star hotel in an area where there are other hotels who can provide a better service, I only felt so disappointed with...
Read moreThis was out first stay in Yerevan so I can’t compare Green Palace to others in the city but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to stay there again. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of all you need to do and see in the country. A special mention to Sose who was always on hand with a smile to help and advise(in English as my Russian leaves much to be desired and my Armenians even worse!!)The rooms were clean, well stocked with mini bar and two tv’s, great showers and comfy beds and air conditioning. The hotel is approx 10mins by taxi from the centre but taxi’s are plentiful and it only costs £2 so we made the most of them. Bed and breakfast for approx £40 a night with swimming pool and sauna (paid for separately) and great English/Russian speaking staff what’s not to like. My only quibble would be the WiFi in our room was intermittent so best to have your own data plan in case however it was good...
