This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any of the hotels I’ve ever stayed at.||Starting from airport pickup, after I gave them my flight details, the driver did not show up and had to call the hotel and their answer was... “we thought you are coming tomorrow!”||Reaching the hotel,||The room was dirty, my child was crawling for 3 min and lifting her up saw her black legs and hands!||One bottle of water only and no baby crib ( we asked for it many times ), no kettle.||Next day staying there we left the hotel and put the sign to clean the room, 6 hours later they did not clean it.||We asked them to clean it, they finished cleaning in 5 minutes, no water refilled, toilet the same , no tissue box changed ||Not to mention that staff does not speak english, I felt that I am back to stone age! ||Card not working most of the time, have to go up and down the room couple of times|||Don’t change sheets, my baby spilled some food on the sheets and the kept it without changing them ||We had an issue where there were people partying every night outside the rooms, i called them multiple times to let them go away since it is past 12:00 midnight and their answer was “ we cannot do anything” ||Flies and bugs all over the room and i managed to kill one near the bed and asked to clean the room and it stayed there for 3 days till i removed it.|||I can keep going on and on with how...
Read moreRooms: nice and spacious and clean, but door to bathroom couldn't close and fan was very loud. There are no restaurants nearby, you must take a taxi somewhere. Staff gave conflicting information about caps being worn in the pool. The water park doesn't require it, but the indoor does... Only for females...but I saw men with long hair who weren't required to wear one. They also say waters in the room are complementary, but failed to say that only applies to first night stay. Breakfast was fine. Water world: Half the rides at the park are out of order, or you must pay for individual rides, the ones that don't require a tube almost rip off your skin or give severe wedgies. You also have to pay for a locker... So bring cash. Staff at hotel don't tell you this. Aquatek indoor pool: nice scenery, and main pool is great for kids and family. Waterfalls and massage jets for adults are a relaxing nice feature, and kids have bubbles and rain from the ceiling. Slides and hot tub are out of order.
Overall, it was once a nice fun place but now it's run down and pretty disappointing. Does not match expectation of...
Read moreMy experience covers only visiting the swimming pool for a day, but it was enough to be completely disappointed. So first, judging by the name, it's expected to be a large professional pool. but all they have is a 25 meter long pool with 3 lines and with displeasing warm water. Next to the pool ( 1-2 meters away) there's a counter and they SELL PIZZA, WATER, JUICES over there.🤦🤦🤦 The dressing room is separate from the WC , so in order to enter the toilet, you have to pass through the corridor, which is not private. Even the cheapest liquid soap doesn't exist in the bathrooms.🤦🤦 Not speaking about a swimsuit dryer, they haven't heard about that at all. Only a single mirror they have in the women's dressing room, which is always busy. The only good thing was that there are water rollercoasters which are pretty cool and open 2 or 3 times a day for 30 minutes, but hey here we again have a problem. As there always are a lot of children, you stay in the line and that 30 minutes pass pretty fast.
And in the end I hope it's fair to mention that you pay 10.000 AMD for this...
