Bathurst Explorers Motel — Hotel in Bathurst

My Wife and I have been travelling with our 3 year old Pup for the past twelve months. She loves her road trips as do we. BUT finding pet friendly accommodation that doesn't stink of pets is so hard. Our first contact over the phone with Melissa was so positive and reassuring with regard to the standard of their rooms. So we booked it. We were very pleased as our unit was not only clean but very comfortable. Crisp clean white linen. Comfortable bed and No smell, what so ever, of previous pets in the room. Rooms were very clean, linen super fresh and bathroom was very clean without any mould in sight. The room was smaller than expected but was okay for the purpose of our stay. The tea, coffee and biscuits were a sweet addition. The motel was undergoing renovations but didn’t affect our stay. The location suited us for our travel plans but not situated in the middle of the town. Check in and checkout was simple. Staff were friendly. Had to reschedule my stay...zero problems or issues.

Was a late arrival...zero problems or issues.

Rooms were clean, tidy, and appropriately kitted out.

The place was exactly as described and the reason that I booked was based on the reviews of it being described as such.

Very satisfied and would recommend and stay again if required...
